In this fun, fast paced yet beginner friendly class you’ll learn foundational needle felting techniques that will open the door of this amazing art/craft form! Wool can be twisted, rolled and folded in specific ways (and then needled, of course) to create every shape imaginable. Come with ideas for your little teacup town (is it rural, urban, southwest?) and you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation to use decoratively or as a pincushion.

    This beginner-friendly workshop will get you started using the correct techniques (no bad habits!). It also answers some basic questions - How does wool felt? What tools do I need? Where do I get supplies?

  • Skill-Building

    Learn how to create a tiny village scene as you learn three dimensional felting techniques. All of these techniques will enhance your future projects large and small.

  • Individually Paced

    There’s no rush to complete this entry-level project! The course is designed with you in mind: Start and stop as you need to in this self-paced workshop or add on a one-on-one live instruction tutorial with the course creator.
